Our legacy began with the vision of Mr. Piyasiri Samarasinghe, whose unwavering commitment to quality and innovation set the standard for the industry. Today, we continue to build on that foundation, serving as a trusted benchmark for reliability and automotive expertise across the nation.
HISTORY
The story of Samarasinghe Auto Parts House is one of evolution and enduring family values. In 1988, the foundation was strengthened when Mr. Indika Samarasinghe joined his father, Mr. Piyasiri Samarasinghe. Combining his father’s wisdom with a renewed passion for innovation, Indika mastered the complexities of the trade and played a defining role in introducing world-class windscreens and components to the Sri Lankan market.
In 2004, marking a new chapter of independence and growth, Mr. Indika Samarasinghe, alongside his wife, Attorney-at-Law Ms. Pasadi Dias, launched Samarasinghe Auto Parts House. By blending decades of inherited expertise with modern business strategies, they transformed the company into a premier name in automotive distribution.
This journey of growth saw the brand expand strategically across the island, establishing a presence in Maharagama (2004), Kandana (2012), Galle (2017), and Panchikawatte (2019).
Today, the legacy continues with Ms. Sanuki Samarasinghe. As an aspiring Organizational Psychologist and the heiress to this prestigious brand, she is poised to integrate professional expertise with family tradition. Under her future leadership, Samarasinghe Auto Parts House remains committed to providing the finest “Samarasinghe Windscreens” to generations yet to come.
